Head of Operations (只供英文版)
Responsibilities
• Manage the entire operational functions to ensure strict adherence to the operating procedures and compliance with internal guidelines, and statutory legislations and rules
• Oversee daily operations and investment products settlement functions including deal matching, day-end procedures, daily financial settlement and CCASS operations etc.
• Manage and motivate a team of operational staff to achieve operational standards and maintaining a sound control environment
• Develop procedures and workflows for new products improvement initiatives and systems enhancement
• Manage projects like system upgrades, new product launches and process enhancements to ensure on-time completion according to specifications within budgeted costs and timeline and assess risks across projects
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements
• Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in securities firm with at least 5 years of supervisory experience 
• Familiar with settlement operations for securities, global futures and options and OTC financial products
• Capable to drive and deliver projects relating to operations improvement and systems enhancement 
• Good knowledge in the Exchanges rules and SFC regulations
• Strong leadership and good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Compliance Manager (只供英文版)
Responsibilities
• Ensure the business operations being strictly in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist in formulating control procedures and compliance programs to cope with ongoing changes in laws, regulations and business needs regarding the regulated activities
• Liaise with regulators e.g. SFC, IA, HKFI, HKEx, Customs and Excise, etc. on handling licensing matter
• Assist in company secretarial duties for the Group companies
• Draft and update the compliance policies and procedures manuals
• Review and comment on operational manuals, agreements, marketing materials etc. for the business units from compliance perspective
• Review the reports for AML and CFT purposes and take appropriate follow-up actions
• Liaise with business units to establish and maintain sound internal controls to mitigate compliance risks
• Perform compliance monitoring daily and other regular routines
• Deliver in-house AML and Compliance training to business units

Requirements
• Degree holder in Law, Business, Finance or related disciplines
• 7 years or above relevant experience in securities firm, preferably with Company Secretarial exposure
• Well versed with Company Ordinances, Securities and Futures Ordinances and other statutory and regulatory requirements on KYC, AML and good knowledge in financial products and commercial practices in SFC regulated activities, insurance broker & money lenders business
• Independent, able to work efficiently with minimum supervision
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available highly preferred
Senior IT Manager (只供英文版)
Responsibilities
• Assist to manage the human and IT resources of the IT Operations unit
• Enforce policies, procedures and standards for the IT Operations unit
• Assist to manage to operate computer systems, facilities and networks including, among others, hardware and software planning, installation, maintenance, support, monitoring, administration, tuning and capacity planning in a cost-effective and secure manner
• Take a key role on Cyber Security Control & Governance to ensure compliance with Macau regulator AMCM cyber security guidelines and Macau Cyber Security Law
• Introduce security tools to mitigate risk and establish cyber security best practices
• Develop and motivate the IT Operations and BAU Support team
• Perform vendor management
• Ensure contingency plan for computer centers is appropriate and executable


Requirements
• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking or finance industry
• Proven project management experience in Core Banking Project
• Solid experience in managing IT Data Centre Operations and Cyber Security
• All-rounded skills on application development and IT infrastructure
• Experience in Digital Transformation, Process Re-engineering and Automation are definitely advantages
• Fluent in English and Chinese with effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, can-do attitude, independent and persistent
• Immediate available highly preferred
• Occasionally travel to Macau is required
Senior Training Manager (只供英文版)
Responsibilities
• Work with senior stakeholders to identify training needs, design and deliver different training solutions in support of business objectives
• Design and execute various learning solutions e.g. e-learning, classroom training, coaching etc. to foster learning culture within the company
• Develop, organize and implement a systematic training programs for new sales and existing sales team in Hong Kong and Macau
• Design and deliver talent development programs, succession planning, and other organization corporate culture initiatives
• Strengthen communication channels to foster a positive and agile working environment and drive employee engagement
• Take part in HR projects as necessary


Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years solid experience in training and development, familiar with full spectrum of training process & delivery of training
• With exposure in financial industry would be an advantage
• Resourceful, strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills and result-orientated
• A good team player and able to communicate at all levels
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, with knowledge in Photoshop, Video-making and editing is preferred
• Occasionally travel to Macau is required
Relationship Manager (只供英文版)
Responsibilities
• Acquire and build good relationship with existing and new target customers
• Provide a wide spectrum of financial advices and solutions to customers and identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities:-
    • Insurance Protection
    • Securities Investment
    • Wealth Management
    • Commercial Lending
• Engage in end-to-end financial service which includes customer needs identification, solution recommendations, application fulfillment and after-sales services
• Participate in promotion programs to acquire new clients and improve clients engagement
• Ensure all selling processes and activities are in compliance with the Company policies and all regulatory guidelines

Requirements
• High Diploma or Degree holder in business administration, economics, finance or related discipline preferred
• IANG candidate are welcome
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with proven track record
• Pass IIQE (Paper 1,2,3,4,5) and fulfill the competency requirements to carry out insurance sales activities as defined by Insurance Authority (IA); or
• Pass HKSI Licensing Examination and fulfill the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under Securities and Futures Commission (SFC)
• Good market sense and strong knowledge on insurance or investment products
• Energetic and outgoing with enthusiasm in achieving goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
