Relationship Manager – Investment & Financial Services (IANG welcome)

Responsibilities
• Acquire and build a good relationship with existing and new target customers
• Provide a wide spectrum of financial advice and solutions to customers and identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
• Engage in end-to-end financial service, which includes customer needs identification, solution recommendations, application fulfillment and after-sales services
• Participate in promotion programs to acquire new clients and improve clients engagement
• Ensure all selling processes and activities are in compliance with the Company policies and all regulatory guidelines


Requirements
• High Diploma or Degree holder in business administration, economics, finance or related discipline preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record
• Professional qualification in IIQE and HKSI examinations
• Good market sense and strong knowledge on insurance or investment products
• Energetic and outgoing with enthusiasm in achieving goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• IANG candidates are welcome

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager

Treasury Analyst
Responsibilities
• Analyze financial data and prepare investment strategy recommendation to ALCO 
• Keep abreast of financial markets & global economic for assessing funding & investment opportunities
• Perform in-depth research on fixed income market and fixed income instruments
• Good understanding of the risks of fixed income securities and underlying companies
• Provide quality and timely research reports
• Evaluate investment portfolio performance and present analysis to management
• Support monitoring and analyzing the Group's interest rate and liquidity risk positions
• Responsible for updating and maintaining the Group's bank credit facilities where applicable
• Participate in preparation of annual operating and business plans (budgets) related to investments and related areas
• Develop financial forecasts and monitors financial health of the Group
• Assist in setting up and maintaining the Group Treasury policies and procedures
• Develop cash management, investment, and risk mitigation strategies
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements
• Degree holder in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting or related disciplines
• 2+ years of experience working in banking or financial industry, preferably in treasury, risk management or asset & liability management
• CTP or CFA is preferred
• Experience with financial management systems, such as Hyperion & GTreasury
• Proficient in computer applications including Excel and Macros
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• A highly-motivated individual with positive and proactive attitude, detail oriented, and able to prioritize tasks
Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation

Responsibilities
• Assist Head of Group IT to formulate digital transformation strategy and manage Digital Transformation programme
• Prepare Digital Transformation business cases, digital solution clear choice and project proposals with quantified business values of operational efficiency improvement, cost saving, better customer engagement and customer experience, and IT investment for business decision
• Manage digital initiatives into projects
• Define and manage project scope, conduct project planning and resource planning
• Lead and drive project team to implement project on time, on budget and on quality
• Identify project risk and issues and take necessary action for remediation

Requirements
• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum of 15 years relevant experience, preferably in the banking or finance industry
• Solid project management experience on digital transformation projects
• Sound Business knowledge in Digital Banking and Wealth Management is definitely an advantage
• Fluent in English and Chinese with effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Solid experience in vendor management, on-shore and off-shore vendor resources
• Immediate available highly preferred
• Occasionally travel to Macau is required

Senior Relationship Manager/ Relationship Manager (Commercial banking)
Responsibilities
• Cultivate and maintain a relationship with commercial customers through providing all round financial solutions
• Explore new business opportunities and selling of an extensive range of financial services in the areas of assets based lending, trade finance, investment and insurance
• Prepare credit proposals and conduct regular reviews to monitor the credit-worthiness of existing clients
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements
• University graduate in business administration, economics, finance or related discipline preferred
• Pass the HKSI Licensing Examination and IIQE and fulfill the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance would be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in commercial lending / trade finance / investment / insurance
• Strong business development skills and business network
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Relationship Manager
Deputy Head - Group Internal Audit (Station in Macau)

Responsibilities
• Assist the Department Head to develop and implement risk-based audit plan for the Group
• Lead and coach audit team to improve the quality of deliverables and ensure the compliance with audit standards
• Perform an independent assessment to maintain effective internal control and compliance system and enhance operational efficiency
• Prepare audit reports and provide value-added recommendations to strengthen the control environment
• Follow up and evaluate the effectiveness of remedial actions taken by the management of auditee for ensuring rectification actions are timely taken to address audit findings and recommendation
• Review and comment on policies, procedures and operation manuals
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as assigned


Requirements
• Degree holder in accounting, finance or related discipline
• Professional qualification of CPA, CIA or equivalent, holder of CISA &/or HKIB is a plus
• 10+ years of internal audit experience, with a proven track record and hands-on experience in financial institutions; Experience in IT and system development audits preferred
• Good knowledge of accounting and audit standards / requirements / regulations and operational procedures of the financial services industry
• Able to drive execution independently with a strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong English and Chinese report writing skills
• Station in Macau
