District Manager – Investment & Financial Services (只供英文版)
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the professional sales team in achieving team sales target
• Provide advice, consultancy service and effective support to team members
• Plan and implement market strategies and promotion programs to acquire new clients and improve clients engagement
• Engage in end-to-end financial service which includes customer needs identification, solution recommendations, application fulfillment and after-sales services
• Provide a wide spectrum of financial advices and solutions to customers and identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities:-

• Ensure all selling processes and activities are in compliance with the Company policies and all regulatory guidelines

Requirements
• University graduate in business administration, economics, finance or related discipline preferred
• At least 4 years of relevant experience with team management and supervisory experience
• Well-equipped direct team with minimum 2 insurance agents
• Pass IIQE (Paper 1,2,3,5) and fulfill the competency requirements to carry out insurance sales activities as defined by Insurance Authority (IA); or
• Pass HKSI Licensing Examination and fulfill the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under Securities and Futures Commission (SFC)
• CFP / CFA qualification preferred but not essential
• Good market sense and strong knowledge on insurance or investment products
• Energetic and outgoing with enthusiasm in achieving goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills 
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior District Manager

Risk Manager (只供英文版)
Responsibilities
• Work closely with business lines to conduct risk analyses and assessments to identify operational risk and advise on mitigation measures
• Provide advisory from operational risk perspective on new products and business initiatives
• Keep abreast of the latest regulations and regulatory requirements on risk management to ensure the internal controls are effective and the operation are in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist in developing and maintaining internal policies, procedures and control manuals
• Design and deliver training to enhance awareness of operational risk
• Prepare risk reports for management review
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements
• Bachelor Degree holder in risk management, operation management, statistics or relevant discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in operational risk management ideally in banking or financial institutions
• Sound knowledge in the regulatory requirements with strong compliance sense
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
• Proficient in report writing with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compliance Manager (只供英文版)
Responsibilities
• Ensure Group’s business operations being strictly in compliance with all the legal and regulatory requirements
• Assist in formulating, implementing control procedures and compliance programs to cope with ongoing changes in laws, regulations and business needs regarding the regulated activities.
• Review and update operational manuals for the business units of the Group
• Handle regulators’ enquiries, client complaints and matters in relation to license/registration with regulators (e.g. SFC, AMCM, PIBA, HKFI, HKEx, Customs and Excise, etc)
• Draft and review legal contracts and agreements to cope with daily operations and regulatory changes
• Conduct AML and Compliance trainings
• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the Group companies
• Support the Board of Directors in discharging the Board responsibilities
• Organize Board meetings including preparation of minutes, resolutions and presentation materials
• Examine and review viability of financial products from the compliance point of view

Requirements
 Degree holder in Law, Business, Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified member of ICSA/HKICS is an advantage
• 5 years’ experience in Compliance with Company Secretarial exposure, preferably gained in financial industry
• Well versed with Company Ordinances, Securities and Futures Ordinances and other statutory and regulatory requirements on KYC, AML and good knowledge in financial products and commercial practices in SFC regulated activities, insurance broker & money lenders business.

Senior Systems Analyst (只供英文版)
Responsibilities
 Understand the business needs of the line departments and provide application support to end users
 Participate in the new systems development projects and define, develop and configure the user requirements
 Perform system development activities, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, UAT support and system implementation
 Ensure quality IT solutions delivery on time and within budget
 Liaise with vendors in the course of the acquisition and testing of new systems
 Lead or participate in IT or non-IT process improvement initiatives when required

Requirements
• Degree holder in computer science or related disciplines
• 8 years of experience, preferably in the banking or finance industry
• Solid experience in well-known technology in banking and finance industry, especially on html5, SQL, VB, .NetFramework, Java, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, X.509, TLS, OFX, Swagger. Knowledge on AS400, RPG, DB2, Oracle and others are definitely a plus
• Experience on application development architect role will be a substantial bonus
• Proactive, can-do attitude, independent and persistent
• Fluent in English and Chinese with effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under stress and meet project deadlines

Senior Settlement Officer (只供英文版)
Responsibilities
• Be part of the settlement team for Hong Kong equity markets (Experience in futures, options and forex settlement procedures a plus)
• Perform settlement functions including trade matching, customers fund deposit and withdrawal, SI, corporate actions, IPO and placement and other CCASS operations
• Perform client account opening and master update
• Perform settlement for OTC products, overseas equity markets, Bonds & Funds
• Provide back office operation and liaise with counter parties for different investments products
• Assist in system modification and responsible for UAT testing

Requirements
